QuickImager is a client-side image conversion tool that allows users to convert images between various formats entirely within their web browser. The Service includes:

• Image format conversion between supported formats
• Client-side processing using WebAssembly technology
• No server-side storage or processing of user files
• Progressive Web App functionality for offline use

3. Privacy and Data Processing

QuickImager operates on a privacy-by-design principle:

• All image processing occurs locally in your browser
• No images or personal data are uploaded to our servers
• We do not collect, store, or process your images
• No tracking cookies or analytics are used
• Your images remain on your device at all times

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use QuickImager only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Process images that violate intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying technology

• Process images containing illegal content in your jurisdiction

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by QuickImager and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your images and content.

7. Limitation of Liability

QuickImager will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Since all processing occurs locally, QuickImager has no access to or control over your files.

We strive to maintain the Service's availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
